The NYSE, the White House, and NASDAQ are crime scenes. Prosecute.
American and British foreign assets are subject to the laws of the host country.
All assets acquired from the proceeds of a crime must be seized, confiscated, and sold at public auction by the host country.
All wages and benefits due to workers employed in foreign investment (FDI) projects must be paid before liquidation or fire sales.
All countries have the right of first refusal when FDI assets are transferred, liquidated, or sold through bankruptcy proceedings.
Asians. Take delivery of all stock, bonds, and precious metals that you purchase. Never let your agent or institution keep possession.
Store NOTHING in America or Britain.
Audit all cash, stock, and bond certificates for counterfeits. Test the authenticity of all precious metals.
Sell all your Dollar stocks, bonds, and assets. When the Buying Stops; The Killing will Stop too.
Replace the Dollar as the commodity settlement currency with the Euro or a basket of Asian currencies.
Tax all commodity contracts that are not "delivered". This means over 99.95 % of all contracts. 1 to 1 exemption rule. Commodity markets are not parking spots for loose cash.
Socialize basic insurance for all risks across Asia. Never let private cash pools exceed your Central Bank.
There is NO Win-Win scenario to this global financial crisis. America Looses. Asia wins.

Challenge the Dollar and the presence of foreign troops, ships, missiles, and weapons on Asian soil.
